W Enterprise: taking start-ups to new heights
W Enterprise is lucky enough to work with some of the most innovative start‑ups in tech, healthcare, global transport and fintech – through to some of the world’s most recognisable brands in FMCG, retail, media, property and sport. Over the past few weeks, we’ve put the spotlight squarely on start-ups with Floom, the digital marketplace that connects independent florists with customers around the world, and Jungle Creations, one of the world’s most viewed companies on social media.
Floom: the digital marketplace that connects independent florists with customers across the world.
We were incredibly proud to lead the charge to amplify Floom’s latest fundraising activity. The rapidly growing scale-up raised $2.5m in seed funding from high-profile backers including firstminute capital, The Hut Group and New Look founder Tom Singh, with TechCrunch covering the news as it broke. In just over two years since launch, Floom has been voted one of the top UK 100 start-ups two years in a row, and already expanded to cover the whole of the U.K., New York, as well as recently expanding to LA.
Jungle Creations: one of the world’s most viewed companies on social media.
An incredible and rapidly growing business, Jungle’s latest £3m Series A funding round, led by creative industries specialist Edge Investments, was another story we were delighted to be able to run with. Viral and branded content lies at the heart of what Jungle does, for global brands ranging from McDonald’s through to Virgin, so we brought BTS visuals into the funding story with a quarter page picture story on page three of The Daily Telegraph’s business section.
